PrivateSims provides anonymous eSIM connectivity services. We enable users to purchase and activate eSIM data plans across 160+ countries using cryptocurrency payments. Our service is designed with privacy as a core principle — we do not require identity verification (KYC) and we do not log user activity.
We act as a reseller of eSIM plans provisioned through third-party carriers and partners. The actual cellular connectivity is provided by local network operators in each country or region.
To use PrivateSims, you may create an account using only an email address. We intentionally collect minimal information and do not require your name, phone number, government-issued identification, or any other personally identifying information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We recommend using a strong, unique password. PrivateSims is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.
You may only create one account per email address. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
PrivateSims operates on a cryptocurrency-only payment model. We accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Monero, and 50+ other cryptocurrencies through our payment partner, NOWPayments.
When you deposit funds, the cryptocurrency is converted and credited to your PrivateSims wallet balance in USD equivalent. This balance can then be used to purchase eSIM plans.
Non-refundable nature of cryptocurrency transactions: Due to the inherent nature of blockchain transactions, cryptocurrency deposits are non-reversible. Once a payment is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be refunded to the originating wallet. Wallet balances may be used for future purchases but cannot be withdrawn.
PrivateSims is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses, overpayments due to exchange rate fluctuations, or transactions that fail due to network congestion or insufficient gas fees.
Activation: After purchasing an eSIM plan, you will receive a QR code. Scan this code using your device’s eSIM settings to install and activate the eSIM profile. Activation instructions are provided in your dashboard.
Compatibility: eSIMs require a compatible device. It is your responsibility to verify that your device supports eSIM before making a purchase. PrivateSims does not offer refunds for purchases made on incompatible devices.
Data Plans: Each eSIM plan has a specified data allowance, validity period, and coverage area. Once the data allowance is consumed or the validity period expires, the plan will no longer provide connectivity. You may purchase additional plans at any time.
Fair Usage: eSIM plans are intended for personal, reasonable use. Excessive usage that strains network resources, including but not limited to running servers, torrenting, or reselling bandwidth, may result in throttling or termination of your plan without refund.
While PrivateSims is committed to privacy, we do not condone or facilitate illegal activity. You agree not to use the Service for:
We reserve the right to terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities without notice or refund.
The PrivateSims name, logo, website design, and all associated content are the intellectual property of PrivateSims and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our Service without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrivateSims and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to PrivateSims in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
PrivateSims does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
PrivateSims strives to maintain continuous service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control, including carrier outages, network issues, or force majeure events.
Cellular coverage and speeds depend on local carrier infrastructure and are outside our direct control. We do not guarantee specific speeds, coverage areas, or network quality.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@privatesims.com or through your account settings. Upon termination, your account data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these terms or prohibited uses. Any remaining wallet balance at the time of termination for cause is forfeited.
PrivateSims operates from an offshore jurisdiction that prioritizes digital privacy and data protection. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PrivateSims is incorporated.
Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of our incorporation.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on our website.
